The world’s hardest metal is tungsten carbide. Although this metal is incredibly resilient, it is not unbreakable. Despite having a very high tensile strength—a material’s ability to resist breaking under tension—tungsten is brittle and may crack if repeatably dropped onto a hard surface.

Tungsten is:

• Ten times tougher than gold is tungsten.

• five times harder then Stainless steel.

• Four times as durable as titanium.

Looking After Your Tungsten Jewellery2023-12-05T13:49:04+00:00

The claim that tungsten is unbreakable or never scratches is a total fabrication. Similar to other metals used to create jewellery, tungsten may endure a lifetime with proper care and maintenance.

It is advised that you take off any tungsten rings before using detergents to wash your hands or the dishes, particularly if the ring is electroplated in a colour like black or gold. When taking a bath or shower, take off any jewellery that contains tungsten.

If you are performing heavy manual labour, we strongly advise removing any tungsten jewellery. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to safeguard everything you value, however uncoated tungsten will withstand damage significantly better than coated coloured tungsten.

For non-personalised products I must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told me within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. Customers have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told me. I must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Customers do not have to provide a reason. Even after I stop my Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by my fans. I can’t stop this since it’s the way Facebook works.


Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate your return please Contact Me  by clicking here to receive your return details. Any un-authorised returns may result in refunds being delayed.

If your item is received damaged I require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection I will tell you whether it fits my criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping.

All items must be in an unused re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. I reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

Please include your order number I provide so that the refund can be properly processed and matched with your order. If you don’t include the order number then I can’t guarantee your refund can be processed.

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.

Where Are My Items Coming From2023-12-05T09:28:35+00:00

My products are coming from China. My rings and related accessories are produced by my Chinese manufacturing partners. After production is completed, the items are then shipped to my UK Office for final quality control checks. I then ship the items to my customers via the Royal Mail postal or Evri courier service.

I accept payment from credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

When Will You Ship My Order2023-12-05T09:35:39+00:00

You will receive notification of shipment with full tracking information. Please allow 15-35 business days to receive your order from the date you placed your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your country and product production location.

Product orders may be cancelled if they have not been ‘ticketed’ and ‘produced’ within 3 days (see Refunds). After they have been produced they may not be cancelled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Custom Tungsten Rings cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Custom Tungsten Rings will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
