REGARDING CUSTOMER REQUESTED PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

I cannot refund ‘engraved’ tungsten and titanium rings where the customer has determined their own finger size without first seeking my advice before placing their order. In such circumstances, for example; due to the ring not fitting comfortably, the cost of ordering another engraved replacement is 50% of the normal price plus free engraving.

Unless I ask I will not require you to return engraved rings 

HOW TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT

If you are thinking about engraving your tungsten or titanium ring with a personal message, then it’s very important that I produce an engraved ring that fits your finger perfectly the first time you wear it. To achieve this I have developed a finger sizing service that is 99.9% accurate, removes the need to order a costly replacement and avoids customer disappointment.

Step 1.

I will send you a FREE Finger Gauge so that you can more accurately measure your finger.

Step 2.

You will email me a photograph, (mobile phone pic will suffice) of the ‘gauge’ worn upon your finger and clearly showing the measure increments.

Step 3.

I will engrave a ring that is made to the size indicated by the Finger Gauge photo that you send me.

If after taking my advice and following these simple three steps, your ring order still arrives too big or too small, I will happily replace the engraved ring(s) free of charge.

REGARDING NON-PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

I must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told me within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. Customers have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told me . I must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back providing the item is not damaged or has been altered in any way.

When writing MY return address, please include YOUR Order Number as shown on the right. This helps me quickly locate your order and associate the return with the correct customer.
